As a renowned public speaker, Fitness enthusiast and Youtube personality, Serena Cooper has risen to national prominence by delivering a high energy message which tells people the importance of self love and confidence while using fitness as a coaching tool. It is a message Serena has learned from her own life and shares her story so that others can apply to their lives.
Born in Hampton, Virginia, Serena and her three sisters were raised under the influence of her single mother who had very little financial means, but knows the importance of an education and has a big heart. As a teenager and young adult, Serena struggled with self-esteem to such an extent that it took several years and a life changing experience to overcome.

In 2008, Serena gave her first speech entitled "The Greatest Investment" at the Martin Luther King Jr. Prayer breakfast Scholarship function and was invited by many to speak at other functions. Serena was awarded the Norveleate Downing Gross Achievement award and now continues to dedicate her personal time outside of serving her country as a United States Army Commissioned Officer to deliver a message of encouragement throughout the nation
